Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The website and the website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Application”) are an initiative of Services B.V. (hereinafter: “MyMeal”). We are located at Steffensberg 45, 9431 CX Westerbork Netherlands. Our Chamber of Commerce number is 70353875.

Through the Application, you (hereinafter: “User” or “you”) can order meals, ingredients, or other cooking products (hereinafter: the “Offer”) from restaurants and sellers of food or cooking products (hereinafter: “Partners”). You also have the option to reserve a table at restaurant-Partners. On the website, as a logged-in User, you can also use several interactive features, such as sharing content on an account you created. Below are our general terms and conditions. These terms apply to the use of our Application and ordering from our Partners via the Application. We advise you to read these terms carefully before using our Application. We want our Application to continue to develop for the convenience of Users. MyMeal will always take into account feedback from Users. You can find answers to most frequently asked questions in our FAQ. If you have questions, comments, complaints, or if you experience problems with your account, you can always contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page. You will receive a response within five (5) business days.

Offer and Agreement The MyMeal Application displays the Offer from Partners that you can order. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us on behalf of our Partner indicating that the order has been received and whether it has been accepted. If your order is accepted, an agreement is established between you and our Partner. MyMeal only acts as an intermediary for our Partner. The agreement can only be executed by our Partner if you provide accurate and complete contact details. We use your email address to inform you about the status of your order, and we need your address and phone number to deliver the order correctly. Upon delivery, the deliverer may ask for identification if your order contains alcoholic products or other age-restricted items. If you don’t meet the minimum age or can’t provide valid ID, the relevant products won’t be delivered to you, and you won’t get a refund. If no one answers at the provided address and there’s no response to a phone message, the order may be canceled, and you won’t get a refund.

Allergies Orders might contain foods you’re allergic to. If you’re allergic to specific foods, contact our Partner for up-to-date allergen information before placing an order. MyMeal cannot guarantee that every order is allergen-free.

Cancellation or Return If you want to cancel an order, you must contact the Partner where your order was placed. Cancellation is only possible if the Partner explicitly indicates so. MyMeal and Partners reserve the right to cancel any order. In such cases, you’ll be informed promptly. If you cancel on time, a previously made payment will be refunded by MyMeal or the Partner. If you’re not satisfied with the products you ordered, contact the Partner where you placed your order within 14 calendar days. Some products cannot be returned, like perishable items, sealed items (if the seal is broken after delivery), and products that have irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery.

Price and Payment Once an agreement is established between you and a Partner, you must pay the due amount. All prices displayed in the MyMeal Application include VAT. Before placing an order, you’ll be informed of any delivery costs. Payment is made online via the Application to MyMeal. MyMeal is authorized by Partners to receive payments. Prices can vary and change at any time. Price changes don’t affect orders that you’ve already placed and that have been confirmed.

Table Reservation You can also reserve a table at restaurants affiliated with MyMeal through our Application. Choose a day, time, and number of people. A reservation is final once our Partner accepts it and you receive a confirmation email. Reservations are valid only on the day and time stated in the confirmation email. Cancellation is free and can only be done by directly contacting the Partner-restaurant.

Complaints If you have a complaint about the MyMeal Application, the Offer, or your order, please contact MyMeal. You can submit your complaint via our website’s contact form or by emailing [email protected]

Security and Availability We provide a user-friendly Application that’s safe for everyone. We take all reasonable measures necessary to ensure the Application’s proper functioning, safety, and accessibility. This includes technical, non-technical, and organizational measures. However, we can’t give absolute guarantees. Any use of the Application is at your own risk. We’re not liable for any damages resulting from malfunctions, interruptions, harmful elements, or defects on our Platform. MyMeal offers its Platform “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” meaning without explicit or implicit guarantees about its operation, accessibility, or safety.

Terms of Use for the Application

By using our Application, you declare to agree with our terms of use. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Application. MyMeal reserves the right to change its terms of use without prior notice. The most recent version can always be consulted on our website.

Other Provisions These terms and conditions, together with all non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions are to be dealt with by the competent court in Amsterdam. If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid, it doesn’t affect the validity of the other provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that is as close as possible to the original intention of the parties.
